I attended Global Scrum Gathering 2023, in Portland, USA
I enjoyed interactions with attendees and through various sessions.
This helped me improve on the CST Application where I got a opportunity to interact face to face with existing CST’s who helped me by providing a feedback.
This was a great opportunity to connect with various CST’s across the globe Motivating again to join the TAC Session I learned more about the CST process.
This trip also helped me with an opportunity to train people In Person in Detriot, USA
I attended Global Scrum Gathering 2022.
The purpose behind this gathering was to intensify the professionals and leaders in an advanced way. The coming together of fraternity lead to the celebration of Scrum and we could accomplish the purpose of the gathering together.
This was a great opportunity to connect with various Certified Scrum Trainers (CST’s) across the globe.
This was also a great opportunity where I learned more about the CST process through TAC sessions.
I provide Multiday Scrum Training to the Military veterans( Transitioning officers) at no cost through Sambhav Kadam Foundation. The positive feedback that I received after the training made it evident that it has ignited plenty of officers to apply Scrum in their everyday activities and work. It has also helped some of the officers to take on new job offers. This initiative is a ongoing process where I conduct workshops regularly.
I attended Regional Scrum Gathering, Pune 2021 as a volunteer to review the paper submissions.
The key roles included reviewing the topics of the papers, researching the topic and the speaker, looking at the execution method via sample video, and providing feedback based on the submitted guidelines.
The Scrum community always looks for unique topics of interest and my way of selecting was based on a spectrum of research that I was involved in during the whole process of finalizing and approving the required papers.
Through this practice, the style of delivery also changed and it left a huge impact on the way papers are designed, presented, and interpreted. The right information on various topics has also been updated which has helped the reviewers through the process of feedback.
I Volunteered for Global Scrum Gathering, New York 2020 as a reviewer to review the paper submissions online. The key roles included reviewing the topics of the papers, researching the topic and the speaker, looking at the execution method via sample video, and providing feedback based on the submitted guidelines.
The right information on various topics has also been updated which has helped the reviewers through the process of feedback. It was a rich experience as it created a network wherein, I met a lot of fellow Agilists that increased my knowledge on various Agile topics.
I lead the community for Usergroup “NextGen-Agile” “NextGen-Agile” is a platform for learning and sharing stories on the implementation of their Agile using various frameworks- Scrum and related topics.
We get together atleast every month for conversation on Scrum The dictum of this meetup is – Learn! Practice! Share! Relearn! Beyond everyone’s expectations, each member of the group believes in the motto and stands by it.
The interaction is via virtual mediums like daily support through Coaching Call and supports over WhatsApp Group for various needs like questions, job postings, reviews, etc.
I attended Regional Scrum Gathering Hyderabad 2019 as a volunteer to handle everyday operations. It was a tremendous experience to handle operations during the gathering as it involved various kinds of activities. Some of the key activities that play a major role in making this gathering a success are:
Making sure that the booths are ready. Helping to arrange the badges for participants. Coordinating various rooms to assure that the speaker has the required setup before the session.
Introducing the speaker to kick-start the sessions. Managing with the hotel staff to make sure that the refreshments are served on time.
This helped me to have Productive conversations with CSTs, Scrum Coaches, and fellow Agilist from various geographies. This was a good opportunity for me to meet the Leadership and various team members from Scrum Alliance in person
